During my recent trip to America I found the opportunity to once again sail out on the Bay to see San Francisco Fleet Week 2006. What luck!
I went out with a good friend from high school, Mckay, who is a new father as of just a few days ago (bottom left). His Dad, Bill (top right) is the proud owner of the Cal 40 we're sailing on.

Also going on was the Red Bull Air Race World Series, an acrobatic air race with venues all over the world.

...more coming. I've got hundreds to sort through!

Nice, I'm loving that last picture.
Thanks for getting Richie's face off of the head end of your blog. I was beginning to have dreams about him at night. Your new photos a really great great. What a grand time it must have been sailing the Bay, enjoying the Fleet Week activities on the water, drinking beer and enjoying good company. It doesn't get any better than that, does it?
Fleet Week was great, especially since I brought a case of the finest German Bavarian beer I could find at BevMo. I'll have more photos of it coming, along with my far-superior photos of the Redding Air Show.
But right now I'm working on moving my website over to a new webhost, along with upgrading all of my hosting software. It's quite a project... but I'll get it done within a few hours.
Yeah , good to see Richie“s face is not anymore at the head end of your blog, thanks Max , thanks God ... i was beginning to have nightmares!!
I love your pictures. Are you still going back to Korea?
The reason I frequent your blog is so that I learn enough to visit Korea soon...
Marilynn- Thanks for the comments. I've been back in Seoul for over a month now, just taking a bit of a break from posting photos.
Your pictures are always great, Max!
