Big Game from the North

Today, while out and about in the islands of Incheon Harbor we spotted this Korea Coast Guard notice on the ferry's wall. It advises you (as one of the people fishing on the left side of the notice) to be on the lookout for menacing black submarines, spy speedboats, and ramshackle fishing boats--all from the North. Should you see one of these, then you might reel in a big one as the reward can be as much as $150,000.

Maybe that'd be a good job. Get a small boat, with a bigger ice chest, and float around all day looking for the bad guys. Find just a couple a year and be happy!

Well the secret is out. If you want to invade Korean don't use a black submarine. Any other color on a sub is a free pass!
